We are proud to showcase this historic commercial-industrial building’s second transformation, both of which were completed by our company. This building once functioned as an agriculture storage facility in the heart of Aurora. In our latest renovation we converted the former Baldwins restaurant into sophisticated corporate offices. The new design emphasizes unique interior finishes that blend industrial elements with contemporary elegance.  A standout feature as you enter the building is the incorporation of Corten panels, adding a striking, weathered aesthetic that complements the buildings historic character.

Additionally, we revitalized the original Station house bar, which is now dedicated to private functions. A custom live edge Walnut countertop serves as both a functional and artistic focal point. The natural beauty of the wood adds warmth and craftsmanship and pays homage to the space.

The 2nd floor now features meeting rooms designed for both style and functionality, enhanced by acoustic baffles and glass partitions for abundant natural light.  Private and flex offices are also thoughtfully designed with optimal lighting and sound management.

For the basement, we tackled the challenge of a low-height, unusable basement by executing an ambitious excavation and undermining process. This effort increased the basement ceiling height, transforming the once restricted space into a fully functional and versatile area. This not only enhanced the buildings usable square footage but also allowed us to incorporate modern amenities while preserving the structures integrity.

Finally, the entire exterior façade of the building was meticulously restored, ensuring we preserved and maintained the heritage requirements

This project is a testament to our ability to transform spaces while respecting their history.
