Are you and your subcontractors licensed, insured, vetted along with WSIB compliant?
We carry a $5 million dollar liability Insurance, and we are WSIB Insurance.
Our staff has up to date training and certificates to ensure that we are compliant
with health and safety regulations.
All our sub trades are fully insured and WSIB compliant. Our subtrades must sign our
Health & Safety Policy before their teams are allowed on site.
Do you maintain good relationships with local suppliers?
Based on our 45 years in the business we have established
relationships with many subcontractors and suppliers throughout the GTA and
Central Ontario.
Do you have systems in place to allocate enough time, attention, and detail to each project?
We have experienced Carpenters, Project Mangers and On Site
Supervisors to oversee each project from start to finish. Our customers will be
able to be in contact with us through every part of the process
Will you obtain the permits and setup inspections required?
We can and do take care of obtaining all requisite building permits
and schedule all inspections throughout the construction process
Do you maintain a clean job site?
We expect for our staff and subcontractors to maintain a tidy
jobsite everyday with a through clean up at the end of each week.

Do you have dedicated trades people on Staff?
We have a team of licensed carpenters and skilled cabinet makers
on staff, this allows us to pay attention to detail whiling delivering an
exceptional product.
What’s a typical payment schedule and how will it work?
Before we start your project, we establish a payment schedule to
ensure you know the amounts due and their respective due dates.
