We transformed an empty open-shell building into a unique, modern commercial office space by adding a structural mezzanine that expanded the total 2nd floor area. The finished space showcases custom decorative millwork throughout, along with distinctive architectural sound baffles that bring both acoustic comfort and visual interest to the walls and ceilings. A standout feature of the project is the unique illuminated ceiling detail, created using data cabling as an artistic element to add texture, light, and a subtle nod to the client’s automation and robotics driven work. Completing the project, the attached warehouse area received a sleek custom epoxy floor, tying the entire space together with a professional, high-end finish.
