PRE-CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN PHASE
- Establishing and understanding our clients budget parameters is always front of mind when beginning this process. We provided detailed Opinion of Cost quotations to help develop the project Scope of work and associated costs
- Our project management team will work together with the consultants (Architects, engineers, Interior designers, ect.) to help bring value and cost certainty to any project. We can recommend Architects, engineers and Interior designers if you don’t already have one and this is a requirement for your project.
- We have established relationships with many local building authorities to help navigate through the permitting process

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
- Our objective is to create a focused team of committed resources to effectively manage and deliver every project for you
- Our goal for the team is to maximize value and quality for the project while meeting the requirements of the project schedule and budget
- We oversee project consultants and coordinate all necessary building inspections
- We are responsible for project accounting and reporting including payments made to subtrades and suppliers

ONSITE CONSTRUCTION & SUPERVISION
- We have experienced Site Supervisor to handle all day to day on site co-ordination and construction related items
- Our in-house licensed carpenters will be responsible for most of the framing and finish trim carpentry tasks. We provide in house general labour so we can maintain a clean, safe and professional site.
- We only work with fully insured, WSIB Compliant sub trades
- We have longstanding, established relationships with our sub trades and suppliers. These preferred rates and cost savings are in turn passed along to you.

PROJECT COMPLETION & HANDOVER
- Whether it’s handing the keys over to your new or renovated home or giving you back a fully renovated kitchen. We provide you with a fully cleaned move in ready space.
